D Ryan O'Byrne who has been out since he hit a rut in the ice and sprained his knee in the second game of the season Oct. 3 in Buffalo, has been cleared to play. He should see action in the Canadiens' next game Friday in Washington. The 6-foot-5, 235-pound O'Byrne is back about two weeks ahead of schedule and will provide the Canadiens with experience, size and physical play.
