Leclaire sprained an ankle with about two minutes remaining in the second period of Friday night's 5-3 win over Minnesota, according to the Columbus Dispatch.
Advice: Leclaire was injured when Derek Boogaard slid into him, but he finished out the period. According to coach Ken Hitchcock, the medical staff said Leclaire could have finished the game, but he decided to insert Fred Norrena to start the third. Hitchcock expects Leclaire to be back at practice on Tuesday. However, the Blue Jackets can't really afford to be without Leclaire for very long with backup Steve Mason out for at least six weeks due to a knee injury.
