The league-leading point getter scored his second goal of the game in the third period to ignite a four-goal outburst and propel the Kings to a 5-2 win against Pittsburgh. It was the first loss in eight road games for the Penguins this season.

The Senators centre returned after being sidelined for two games with back pain and responded with a goal and two assists in Ottawa’s 3-2 overtime win against Tampa Bay. Spezza’s overtime winner was his first goal in 11 games this season.
