Video: Blues' Colaiacovo face-plants glass, makes case for 3D

Say hello to St. Louis Blues defenseman Carlo Colaiacovo(notes), as we're sure you've never seen him before.

This glass cleaning occurred in the third period of the Blues' 5-2 loss at the Detroit Red Wings, a game in which Colaiacovo scored his fourth goal of the season.

That was the highlight for him; the lowlight came when he tripped Red Wings center Valtteri Filppula(notes) and, well, created an amazing argument for the proliferation of hockey in 3D. Enjoy:
