Albert Haynesworth missed all the Tennessee Titans' off-season workouts after the club placed the franchise tender on him in February, but both he and his agent Chad Speck say they would like Haynesworth to report to training camp on time when it opens July 25.

"It's not something we want to move beyond training camp," Speck said. "We want it to be done prior to training camp. Albert is in the business of playing professional football, and that's what he wants to do."

In order to join his teammates, Haynesworth would first have to sign the $7.25 million franchise tender. A long-term deal by the July 15 deadline now appears unlikely. Speck said Haynesworth would sign the tender if the Titans would promise not to franchise him again in 2009.

Stewart has started 30 games at tackle during his three-year career, including all 16 games last season. Contract details were not released.
