When former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre came down with slight tendinitis in his throwing shoulder last June during the team's final passing camp, it hardly raised an eyebrow in Wisconsin.

But when Eagles coach Andy Reid admitted last week that he was shutting Donovan McNabb down for the last three days of his team's final passing camp because of the same minor malady, well, it was all anybody could talk about in Philadelphia.
