QB Jay Cutler didnt put up a great stat line against Tampa Bay and its zone defense, but Mike Shanahan was impressed with how Cutler managed the game. Cutler should rebound and have good numbers against a Jacksonville defense that allowed 300 yards passing to the Steelers last week.

Cutler was 23-for-34 for a season-low 227 yards and one touchdown in the Broncos' 16-13 win over Tampa Bay on Sunday.
Advice: Cutler, who piled up 1,275 yards passing in winning the AFC's Offensive Player of the Month award in September, worked almost strictly the underneath routes to avoid Tampa Bay's dominant downfield defenders. "It's really not my thing," he said. "We're used to throwing the ball down the field, getting big chunks and really couldn't do it against this defense." Cutler could bounce back next Sunday against Jacksonville, the seventh-worst pass defense in the NFL.
