Packers release WR Allen
GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP)—The Green Bay Packers have released wide receiver Jake Allen(notes).
Allen spent the entire 2008 season and the first seven weeks of the 2009 season on the Packers’ practice squad, and was signed to the team’s roster after Brett Swain(notes) sustained a season-ending knee injury.
Allen played briefly in the Packers’ Nov. 1 loss to Minnesota and was inactive for two other games.

The dominance of Dallas in the mid-90's was rooted in their O-Line. If they spend the entire game picking up anyone off the turf, it's going to be a long day for them.
It's time to start putting some stock in the protection of the next heir-apparent.

As for Farve I hope he does well look what he did last year for the jets put interseptions aside. 9 wins what did the pack do under cry baby rodgers!
Farve may be old and his drama goes on and and on and on and on did i say on? But the guy changed the sport and can still play.

paid off to keep the Packers from winning the super bowl. It's really
strange how the Pack played good enough all season, then they get
close to the championship and somebody throws five or six interceptions
in one game.Sure makes me think.......................
