Chargers ILB Dobbins hurts knee
SAN DIEGO (AP)—Chargers inside linebacker Tim Dobbins(notes) sustained a knee injury in the second quarter of Sunday’s game against Oakland and was taken to the locker room on a cart.
Dobbins was hurt on second-and-6 from the San Diego 9, when Justin Fargas(notes) gained 5 yards. Fargas scored two plays later to tie the game at 7.
The Chargers said Dobbins’ return was questionable. He was starting in place of Kevin Burnett(notes), who missed his second straight game with an ankle injury.
