WHL Roundup: Robinson scores two for Wheat Kings in win over Blades
SASKATOON - Chad Robinson scored twice for the Brandon Wheat Kings in a 5-2 win against the Saskatoon Blades in Western Hockey League play Wednesday.
Richard Nejezchleb, Tim McGauley and Ryan Pulock also scored for Brandon (11-11-0), which scored three unanswered goals to break a 2-2 tie.
Cory Millette had both goals for the Blades (9-12-3).
Wheat Kings goaltender Jordan Papirny stopped 30 shots, while Troy Trombley made 35 saves for Saskatoon.

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. — The Broncos took a 2-0 lead and never looked back against Kootenay.
Jay Merkley, Graham Black with a short-handed goal and Coda Gordon also scored for Swift Current (15-8-1).
Wyatt Hoflin was forced to make 31 saves in net for the Ice (11-9-2).
By contrast, Broncos goalie Eetu Laurikainen stopped just 14 shots for the shutout.

KAMLOOPS, B.C. — Marek Langhamer stopped 26 shots as Medicine Hat held off the Blazers.
Kyle Becker, Miles Koules and Curtis Valk scored for the Tigers (15-3-3).
Sam Grist had the lone goal for Kamloops (6-13-3) in the third period while Taran Kozun stopped 31 shots.
Medicine Hat scored twice on four power-play opportunities, while the Blazers were blanked on four attempts.

EVERETT, Wash. — Dyson Stevenson scored in overtime to complete Regina's comeback.
Dryden Hunt scored twice and Dmitry Sinitsyn, Boston Leier and Maximilian Kammerer added singles for the Pats (11-10-0), who scored two late goals to force OT.
Tyler Sandhu had a hat trick for the Silvertips (14-3-3), with Matt Pufahl and Carson Stadnyk also scoring.
Dawson MacAuley finished with 20 saves for Regina, while at the other end of the ice Daniel Cotton stopped 15 shots.
