Vote: Who would you pick to run MLSE?

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment promoted from within to fill their vacant president and chief operating officer position on Tuesday, choosing former vice president Tom Anselmi for the role. But we want to know: who would you have picked from within MLSE to run the profitable (yet less-than-successful) Maple Leafs, Raptors and Toronto FC?

Here are a few choices we think might have offered some competition to Anselmi and a reason why the individual may be the right person (or fictional character, as the case may be) to run the show and bring a championship to Toronto:

Pro: Stylish executive that isn't afraid to gamble on risky trades to get his organization ahead.

Con: The fear is that during important meetings (like Raptors games) he would only stand in the entrance with his arms folded.

Pro: Steadfast in his beliefs, fiercely loyal to his employees and has won a league championship in the past.

Con: His inability to tighten his tie may make the office too "casual-Friday" for MLSE's liking.

Pro: Fan favourite that will never get in trouble for something he says to the media.

Con: Only has one move, which is to repeatedly pound the glass. Might make for an attention-grabber during boardroom meetings, but might not make for the best work environment.

So, what do you think? Let us know which MLSE employee would make a good alternative as president, or fill in your own suggestions in the comments.
