The tournament, which runs Feb. 18 to March 3, will determine the four CONCACAF teams that will advance to this summer's U-20 World Cup in Turkey.
“We are excited and looking forward to the World Cup qualification process with this group of players,” Ramos said. “This is a cohesive, talented and professional roster."
The team opens the tournament against Haiti on Feb. 18, and then faces Costa Rica on Feb. 22. First and second place in the three-team group advance to the quarterfinals.
Two additional players are expected to be added to the roster, which will be finalized in the coming days.
