Sidney Crosby's ridiculous one-handed backhand goal (Video)

The Buffalo Sabres became on-ice spectators as Sidney Crosby worked his magic on Tuesday night.

And if anyone needs a reminder: Crosby is stupid good at hockey.

The Penguins forward took possession of the puck a few feet from the blueline inside the Pittsburgh zone. He jets up the ice and by the first pair of Sabres.

After splitting the defense, and with the puck on his backhand, he uses ONE HAND to roof it past Robin Lehner for his 41 goal of the year.

It was quite an eventful period for the Pittsburgh Penguins captain.

Before his spectacular goal, he had to tend to teammate Jake Guentzel after he was blindsided by Rasmus Ristolainen. Then Crosby performed a serious ‘cup-check’ on Ryan O’Reilly while the Buffalo Sabres forward had his back to him.

Hey, if you ain’t cheatin’ you ain’t tryin’.

As for Crosby getting a fine for spearing. We think you know the answer to that one. (But oh how O’Reilly persevered.)
