QMJHL Roundup: Anthony Mantha scores hat trick to lift Foreurs over Titan
BATHURST, N.B. - Anthony Mantha scored a hat trick, including a short-handed goal, as the Val d'Or Foreurs thrashed the Acadie-Bathurst Titan 6-1 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action on Sunday.
Louick Marcotte and Samuel Henley added a goal and an assist apiece and Pierre-Maxime Poudrier scored his seventh goal of the season for the Foreurs (19-11-0).
Christophe Boivin had the lone goal for the Titan (12-15-2), on a power play in the closing minutes of the second period.
Val-d'Or's Francois Tremblay made 26 saves while Acadie-Bathurst's Jacob Brennan stopped 32 shots.

CHARLOTTETOWN — Maxim Lazarev scored two goals and Kyle Farrell added an empty-net goal and an assist as the Screaming Eagles doubled up the Islanders.
Charles-Eric Legare, Cameron Darcy, and Julien Pelletier also scored for Cape Breton (15-11-3), who has won seven of its last 10 games.
Julien Leduc had a goal and an assist for Charlottetown (13-13-4), Alexandre Goulet scored on a power-play and Yan Pavel Laplante added a short-handed goal.
Cape Breton's Alex Bureau made 29 saves while the Islanders' Antoine Bibeau stopped 38 shots.

HALIFAX — Alex Dubeau made 31 saves and the Wildcats capitalized on some power-play opportunities to shutout the Mooseheads.
Christophe Lalonde opened the scoring for Moncton (13-17-2) on the man advantage at 2:58 of the third period, and J.C. Campagna added another power-play goal into an empty net in the game's final minute.
In total, the Mooseheads (21-10-0) took seven penalties, with three coming in the decisive third period.
Zachary Fucale stopped 31 of 32 shots in the losing effort.
