A fan of P.K. Subban wanted to pay tribute to the Nashville Predators star defenseman, so he decided to use a sheet of ice to show his appreciation

Below is a video that came from from Robert Greenfield’s Twitter account, which shows him creating artwork of Subban’s signature pose on an outdoor rink.

“For all P.K. Subban does for kids off the ice, I wanted to pay him a tribute on the ice. Literally,” Greenfield wrote in the video.

Greenfield done several other rink art projects according to his YouTube page including one featuring the Chicago Blackhawks logo.

Subban is known as one of the most charitable hockey players in the NHL. In 2015 while a member of the Montreal Canadiens, he made a $10 million pledge to Montreal Children’s Hospital. With the Predators he has continued his off-ice work, and tried to bring the Nashville and Montreal communities together through his philanthropy.
