Mike Leach was so displeased with Texas Tech's spring game that he made them do it all over again 24 hours later. With so many returning starters on offense -– including quarterback Graham Harrell and unanimous All-America wide receiver Mike Crabtree -– the focus for most of the spring has been on defense. The defense picked up its intensity in the second scrimmage and Leach hopes that is a starting point when the team returns for fall practice. The Red Raiders have been to eight bowl games in Leach's eight years, but they've never won a Big 12 Conference championship, or finished first in the South Division.
