Potential trouble lurks for Oklahoma State without Zac Robinson.

For a squad riddled by adversity throughout the season, the senior quarterback was the glue. After he started slowly while healing from a preseason ailment, Robinson was a steady influence who gave the offense veteran leadership.

Although Robinson was initially expected to play against Colorado with just five days of prep time for the rare Thursday game on Nov. 19, he sat out because his shoulder was still hurting from a hit late in the win against Texas Tech.

"It just wasn't the situation to put him out there to play," coach Mike Gundy said. "Could he have been 80 percent, 75 percent? No. Not tonight. The short week didn't help."

With him out, the Cowboys struggled to claim a 31-28 comeback ...More
