Jones ran for 130 yards on 23 carries and the Hornets (4-7, 3-5 Mid-American Conference) outgained the Bison 410-187. Delaware State trailed 14-10 early in the second half before scoring two touchdowns and kicking two field goals.</description>

Quarterback Matthew Johnson threw 6-for-8 for 80 yards.</description>
