&lt;p&gt;The players new Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino named as the Razorbacks' most improved in the spring might be surprising to most Arkansas observers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Quarterback Casey Dick, tight end D.J. Williams and receivers London Crawford and Carlton Salters entered the spring as suspects and somehow became prospects along the way.       <description>Freddie Fairchild, the Arkansas linebacker arrested in March on misdemeanor charges of battery and false imprisonment, has been dismissed from the football team, coach Bobby Petrino said Wednesday. Petrino suspended Fairchild the day after his March 24 arrest by Fayetteville police following a report by a woman that he had attacked her.</description>
