HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. (AP)—Everette Benjamin ran for 122 yards and Brock Jackolski and Aaron Weaver each scored twice to help Hofstra beat Northeastern 42-14 on Saturday.
Jackolski gained 91 yards on just nine caries and scored from 19 and 21 yards in the third quarter. Weaver caught two touchdowns from Steve Probst, who was 16-for-22 for 181 yards and no interceptions.
Hofstra (4-7, 2-5 Colonial) outgained Northeastern 523-171.
Alex Broomfield and John Sperrazza ran for touchdowns for Northeastern (2-9, 1-6).
