Minor injured his shoulder against Purdue and aggravated it against Wisconsin. He’s missed much of the year with lower leg and shoulder injuries and joins redshirt sophomore center David Molk (knee) on the sidelines, while Williams is 25 percent to play. Sophomore slot receiver Martavious Odoms is listed as probable.
Meanwhile, inebacker Stevie Brown, defensive end Brandon Graham, punter Zoltan Mesko and left tackle Mark Ortmann were selected by their teammates as captains of the 2009 football team.
“Our players have selected four student-athletes who represent our program at the highest level both on and off the field,” said Rodriguez. “Stevie, Brandon, Zoltan and Mark have played at a high level all season and received the greatest honor that a player can receive, selection as captain by your peers. They, and our other seniors, will lead us into Michigan Stadium Saturday to play the greatest rivalry game in college football.”
Michigan faces Ohio State and must win to become bowl eligible.
