NEW YORK (AP)—Patrick Foley scored 18 points and Columbia ended Wagner’s four-game winning streak with an 84-69 victory Wednesday night.
Joe Bova added 16 points for the Lions (3-4). K.J. Matsui and Asenso Ampim had 11 apiece.
Wagner (4-2) was led by Joey Mundweiler’s 13 points. Justin Drummond had 12 and Jamal Smith 10.
The Seahawks were up by seven early, but after four lead changes Columbia pulled away in the closing minutes of the first half.
Foley scored 11 points to help the Lions build a 43-33 cushion at the break. They scored the first six points of the second half to make it a 16-point margin.
