Breakfast with the Broncos
KALAMAZOO—The annual tradition of Breakfast with the Broncos will be Saturday, Oct. 24th at 8 a.m. for the Western Michigan men’s basketball team.
Doors will open at 7:45 a.m. Free breakfast will be available for the first 200 fans through the door.
“As it is every year, it will be a little ugly, but at the same time our fans will get an idea of what we can do,” head coach Steve Hawkins said in his blog, Hawk Talk. “It’s also great for our players and important for them to see what our fans are about and the support they have for the basketball program.”
The men’s basketball team will begin practice at 8 a.m. and go till 10 a.m. with a full scrimmage around 9 a.m. and the women’s team will follow and go till about noon.
This is a free event and open to the public, but due to other Homecoming activities please park in Lots 14, 15, 16 and 18. If you have a football parking pass, you can park in that particular lot and walk to University Arena. All other lots will be $10 parking for the football game.
