F Michael Beasley is very, very young. As such, head coach Erik Spoelstra doesn't feel compelled to play Beasley more minutes or increase his role just because he was a high draft pick.
"I like the interest that people have in him right now, because they see the potential that we see every day," said Spoelstra. "To me, when I look at the big picture of this, this is part of a young player's development. And, ultimately, it's about winning games. But we're developing guys at the same time." |
