"The NBA season is a marathon, not a sprint," said some guy, probably. And even if he didn't, he should have because the NBA season is long and arduous, just like a marathon. 82 games in five months, and that's before you get to two months of playoffs. It can really take its toll.
Mickael Pietrus(notes) knows what I'm talking about. Apparently, he's going crazy from the stresses of the season.
I'm not sure how you say it in French, but somebody needs to tell Pietrus that if he keeps making that face, it'll stay like that. And let me tell you, it's almost impossible to shoot corner threes with crossed eyes.
Then again, J.J. Redick(notes) is shooting the lights out and he's been doing a Fire Marshall Bill impersonation all year. Maybe the Magic are on to something.
