RHP Manny Acosta was hit with a ball on his left leg during his Saturday rehab appearance with Class AAA Richmond, but he returned to pitch a scoreless inning Monday. He is on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left hamstring.

Acosta (hamstring) could begin a minor league rehab assignment next week, the team's official web site reports.
Recommendation: It looks like he could return in September, but he'll have minimal fantasy value with Mike Gonzalez taking firm command of the closer role.
