The Associated Press reports Houston Astros SP Roy Oswalt allowed two hits and struck out three in six innings to lead the Astros to an 8-6 victory Thursday, Sept. 25. Oswalt has won 23 of 24 decisions against Cincinnati.

Oswalt allowed one run and two hits in six innings of an 8-6 victory over the Reds on Thursday.
Advice: Oswalt is 10-2 with a 2.24 ERA in 13 starts since the All-Star break and improved to 28-8 in September and October. He also improved to 23-1 all-time versus the Reds, and has posted a 2.39 ERA in winning his last eight starts against them.
