Golf-American Barron bannedfor doping

MIAMI, Nov 2 (Reuters) - American Doug Barron became on Monday the first golfer to receive a ban for taking a performance-enhancing drug.

In a statement the PGA Tour said Barron, 40, had been suspended for a year for violating its anti-doping policy. It did not name the drug.

    I really think the sports leagues and owners in america has turned in to a bunch of nazi's. How can a team of league tell a player what he can and can not do on his own time. Sonuds like the leaguse waht to bring back slavery and dictatorship to all sports............they even try to take you freedom of speech away, and fine you if you say anything aginst the programs...... I am aginst union and this just proves my point that they are a bunch of worthless cry babies who wopnt even stand up for the members beacuse all they want is the dues.....maybe some one needs to start up the KKK in the sports industry
