 Team Report
Next Match: away to Almeria, November 08

Osasuna has enjoyed a very positive start to the new season and sits comfortably in mid-table following three wins, three defeats and three ties in the first nine matches. The last of those ties came last weekend, when the Pamplona-based outfit secured a point deep into added time against champion Barcelona thanks to Gerard Pique's own-goal. Buoyed by that unexpected result, Osasuna now travels to Andalusia to face Almeria on Sunday and midfielder Patxi Punal wants the team to compete at the same level as against the Catalans. "It will be a hard match and we have to make sure we compete at the same level," he said. Roversio and Ludovic Delporte remain sidelined, while Carlos Aranda is doubtful.
