 Team Report
Next Match: away to Getafe, November 07

Deportivo La Coruna won five of the first seven matches this season to move into the top four, but has picked up just a point in the last two games. The Galicians suffered a miserable 4-0 defeat away to Valladolid two weeks ago and could then only tie 1-1 at home to Sporting Gijon last weekend. Nevertheless, Miguel Angel Lotina's men remain in good shape, in sixth place, ahead of Saturday's trip to inconsistent Getafe. Andres Guardado and Antonio Tomas have shaken off knocks and will be available for that match. Lassad Nouioui should also return following a bout of gastroenteritis, but Juca remains sidelined.
