Next Match: away to Werder Bremen, November 08 When Lucas Barrios found the back of the net in stoppage time of last weekend's 2-0 win over Hertha Berlin, Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp could afford a wry smile. It was the fifth game in a row that the Argentine had found the back of the net and Klopp felt it justified his decision to sign him last summer. "We knew that Lucas is a fantastic goalscorer, and now everybody else knows it too," he said. Barrios scored 36 goals in 37 games for his former club Colo Colo last season, but made a slow start to life in the Bundesliga. But now he has found his form, so too has Dortmund with three wins and a tie from its last four matches to move up to 10th in the table, just three points behind sixth-placed Bayern Munich. |
