Nightmare-inducing Jaromir Jagr puppet stars in movie about Nagano gold (Photo)
When February 2018 rolls out, the Czech Republic will celebrate the 20-year anniversary of the nation’s hockey team beating Russia in the gold medal game at the Nagano Winter Olympics.
As part of the celebrations, a movie entitled “Nagano: The Birth of Heroes” will debut, chronicling the team’s path to gold in animated fashion. According to the film’s website the movie is an “engrossing storyline that with humor and exaggeration tells the story of the thorny path of Czech hockey players dream for Olympic gold. But our story is not just about hockey itself, but also the great dream of a young boy who has forgotten who he really is.”
It will feature this nightmare fuel-inducing Jaromr Jagr puppet:
