Jonas Hiller’s Ducks’ 20th anniversary mask features ‘Wild Wing’ (Photo)

On Sunday, the Anaheim Ducks will remember their roots and become "Mighty" for one more night. During their game against the Ottawa Senators, the organization will honor the original 1993-94 team and bring back the eggplant, grey and jade jerseys.

We've already seen Viktor Fasth's retro mask, which is a tribute to Guy Hebert. We had yet to see what Jonas Hiller would don if Bruce Boudreau gives him the start. Until now.

Via The Goalie Guild comes the first look at Hiller's throwback lid, which will feature the original Mighty Ducks logo on one side, their current one on the backplate and Wild Wing from their infamous third jersey.

Hiller once again used the people at Airxess, who you might remember from his murdered-out look a few seasons ago.

There's a surprise that isn't shown in those original photos, according to The Goalie Guild, but his hint says it has to do with the cage. Will it be eggplant in color, perhaps?

This throwback night makes us yearn for an annual matchup between the Ducks and Los Angeles Kings where they both wear those horrible, but fantastic thirds that some people in the 1990s thought were a great idea. If we're going to honor history, might as well remember terrible jerseys of the days of yore.
