Evgeny Kuznetsov is really good at no-look passes as T.J. Oshie finds out (Video)

The market for “no-look passes while skating behind the net leading to goals” has been cornered by Evgeny Kuznetsov of the Washington Capitals. It’s a skill that’s been tough to match by other NHLers as the young Russian forward has an incredible sense of awareness of where his teammates are at all times.

Take for example Thursday night’s goal by T.J. Oshie against the Phildelphia Flyers, via SomeHockeyVids. There went Kuznetsov taking a little peek to find Oshie as he drove around Michael Del Zotto to even the score.

Like I said, this is Kuznetsov’s thing. He set up Andre Burakovsky in similar fashion last month against the Calgary Flames, though this one came via the backhand:

It’s not only great awareness from Kuznetsov, it’s also the recipients of these goals keeping their head up and knowing what to expect while the defense is caught off-guard.
