Bill Murray entertains crowd with tarp routine during minor league rain delay

Actor/comedian Bill Murray kicked off the 2012 baseball season by sliding into Wrigley Field's home plate before the first pitch at the Chicago Cubs' home opener.

Fast forward a couple of months and take away the huge crowd while adding a little bit of rain and keeping the quality of the on-field product about the same. Murray again found himself entertaining a baseball crowd on Sunday, this time during a rain delay for the Charleston RiverDogs, a Single-A affiliate of the New York Yankees.

Murray owns a partial stake in the team, which apparently allows him to run and slide around the tarp without any fear of retribution or future prosecution. Then again, just about any team would be glad to have Carl Spackler hydroplaning around its diamond during a delay.
